We Stand Behind Our Products
Every PK Magic creation is made with the goal of giving performers a quality product they can depend on. If there is a legitimate problem with your order, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and confident performing with it.
All Sales Are Final
Magic is different from an ordinary retail product. When you purchase a magic effect or prop from PK Magic Creations, you are purchasing more than the physical item. Your purchase may also include the creative concept, proprietary method, secret, working, instructions, tutorial and other intellectual property behind the effect.
For that reason, all sales are final once an order is placed. PK Magic Creations does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
This does not change our commitment to standing behind our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the products we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not functioning as intended, please contact us.
We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair or replacement of the affected item.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we accidentally send the wrong product or your shipment is missing an included component, please contact us so we can correct the order.
Errors on our part will be addressed without requiring you to purchase the missing or correct component separately.
Shipping Damage
If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials. Photographs of the damaged item and packaging may be requested so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
Order Cancellations
All sales are final once an order is placed. PK Magic Creations does not accept order cancellations simply because the purchaser changes their mind or decides they no longer want the product.
This policy applies regardless of whether the purchaser has watched the tutorial, opened instructional materials or reviewed the secret behind the effect.
Tutorials, Instructions & Secret Information
Many PK Magic products include instructional videos, written directions, passwords, links or other information that explains the secret method behind the effect.
The secret and instructional information are part of the value of the product. Once an order has been placed, the purchase cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged simply because the purchaser learns the method, decides the effect is not right for them or no longer wishes to use the product.
Why Magic Products Are Different
A significant portion of the value of a magic product is contained in the secret, method, creative concept and instructional material associated with the effect. Once that knowledge has been shared, it cannot be returned. Our final-sale policy helps protect the intellectual property and creative work behind PK Magic Creations while allowing us to continue developing original magic for performers.
