Easel Does It! is an upgraded version of Patrick Snowden’s original effect from over three decades ago. Now updated with four jumbo wet-erase cards, the routine can be customized and changed to fit your performance, giving you far more possibilities than a traditional Jumbo deck of cards.
Here is just one of the main routines possible with Easel Does It!:
An easel is displayed to the audience with four jumbo cards positioned in a row, backs toward the audience. A prediction envelope is placed in full view. A spectator can even hold onto the prediction and open it themselves when the time comes.
Another spectator is given a completely free choice of any one of the four cards on the easel. They can even change their mind and select a different card. Once they are satisfied with their decision, the magician places a bulldog clip on the chosen card, making it absolutely clear which card has been selected.
The three cards that were not chosen are flipped over and shown to be different. Finally, the clipped card is turned around and revealed to match the prediction that has been in full view from the beginning!
Because the supplied cards are wet-erase, you aren't locked into one set of cards or one presentation. Simply wipe them clean and create new cards, predictions, words, numbers, drawings, symbols, or other possibilities to customize Easel Does It! for your own routines.
